Professional industrial hook and loop has a very strong, modified acrylic adhesive. It makes connecting hook and loop to various substrates (metals, powder coated paints, plastics) solid and durable.
Its undoubted advantage is the reusable fastener, the so-called "dual lock", consisting of a polyolefin film with mushroom-shaped stems that interlock after connection, providing a permanent attachment. The hook and loop can be opened and closed up to 1000 times before it loses 50% of its original strength.
Due to the mushroom-shaped shanks, hook and loop has five times the breaking strength of a typical hook/claw or eyelet/flap/blanket system.
Type 250 mushroom densities are compatible with Types 170, 250, and 400 to form strong connections with them.
The hook and loop is highly resistant to external factors such as: temperatures up to 82°C, moisture and UV radiation.
When installed, it becomes practically invisible, thus guaranteeing an aesthetic end result.
It is perfect for attaching the stompboxes to the guitar floors and various devices in the transport cases. It can successfully replace screws, snaps, nails or rivets.
